Clinic Summer Programs

How to Register

Thank you for your interest in The Clinic of Atlanta Speech School. Please complete the form below in order to receive an application and/ or registration for summer services. Leah Horner will follow up to create a patient portal account and application / registration will be sent through the portal on the following dates:

Camp Wonder Application:

Monday, January 8th: Current Clients

Monday, January 22nd: Atlanta Speech School students

Monday, February 5th: Public

Registration for Individual Services:

Monday, March 11th: Current Clients

Monday, March 18th: Atlanta Speech School students

Monday, March 25th: Public

*Scheduling for individual services will be on a first come first serve basis once the registration has been returned to our office.

Clinic Summer Camps

Five weeks of camp offered by our Clinic for rising K-4th graders.

A one-week OT camp offered by our Clinic for rising K-2nd graders.

This OT camp is geared towards students with mild to moderate OT needs and will be led by licensed occupational therapists and helps prepare children for a successful start to their school year by establishing and consolidating all aspects of handwriting readiness plus organizational skills in a fun, multi-sensory, play-based environment. 



 

Individual Therapy and Academic Services:

Individual Speech-Language Therapy Sessions

Geared for children in need of receptive/expressive language, articulation, stuttering, social language, and apraxia of speech therapy.

Individual Spoken Language/Literacy (Dual) Sessions

Geared for children in need of individual and intensive academic instruction in word reading, reading fluency, reading comprehension, written expression, vocabulary, and oral formulation. 

Individual and Group Occupational Therapy Sessions

Intervention to support a variety of occupational therapy (OT) related needs including sensory processing, self-regulation, executive functions, motor coordination, handwriting readiness, fine motor skills, and visual perception.

Individual Learning Lab Sessions

Focus will be on individual and intensive academic instruction in phonological awareness, word reading, reading fluency, reading comprehension, written expression, mathematics, study and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate thoughts about what they read and write.
